New Vendor Info:
Space is limited. Available space will be determined once we have confirmed with 2023 vendors. 2023 vendors will be given a deadline of 3.1.24 to confirm their participation. All new vendors will be asked to follow the “New Applicants” info below as well as submit the 2024 New Vendor Application (Red Link Below).

2024 Peru Fair - Saturday, September 28, 2024 (No Rain Date)
NEW APPLICANTS: must submit 4 photographs of work and 1 display (if available). Images must be representative of the work to be displayed at the Fair. Images can be uploaded by using the file upload button on the application. If you have an up-to-date website that accurately depicts your work then you do not need to submit the photos with your application.
A non-refundable deposit will be required within 5 business days of receiving acceptance from the Fair Committee. Once you are accepted you will receive an email of acceptance and a link to make your payment online. We do NOT charge a fee for nonprofits but we may require assistance with the setup or cleanup of the Fair. Acceptance will be for the 2024 Peru Fair only and you will receive notification of your acceptance via email no later than June 1, 2024. You will receive a fact sheet, map, and 2 parking passes via email in mid-September. In an effort to save a few trees have moved all Fair information online.
STANDARDS
All work must be original and handcrafted by the exhibitor. Specifically excluded
are objects made from commercial kits, imports, or manufactured components. Only
the work described by approved exhibitors will be allowed to be displayed.
BOOTH SPACE
One booth space will be 10’ x 10’. We have a limited number of irregularly sized
spaces--please note your interest in your application and we will try to accommodate all
requests. Limited electricity is available. No generators are allowed without prior approval. We cannot guarantee
any location requests. We will provide free WIFI to all vendors for those that choose to accept credit cards.
