Application Fee: $100
NEW APPLICANTS: must submit 4 photographs of work and 1 of display (if available). Images must be representative of the work to be displayed at the Fair. Images can be uploaded by using the file upload button below. The Photo Upload is in addition to the Fair Application.
IF YOU ARE A RETURNING VENDOR, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT PHOTOS.
A non-refundable deposit will be required within 5 business days of receiving acceptance from the Fair Committee. Once you are accepted you will receive an email of acceptance and a link to make your payment online. We do NOT charge a fee for nonprofits but require participation with the cleanup at the end of the Fair. Acceptance will be for the 2019 Peru Fair only and you will receive notification of your acceptance via email no later than JUNE 1, 2019. You will receive a fact sheet, map, and 2 parking passes in JULY, 2019.
All work must be original and handcrafted by the exhibitor. Specifically excluded
are objects made from commercial kits, imports or manufactured components. Only
the work described by approved exhibitors will be allowed to be displayed.
One booth space will be 10’ x 10’. We have a limited number of irregularly sized
spaces--please note interest on your application and we will try to accommodate all
requests. No electricity is available. No generators allowed. We cannot guarantee
any location requests. We will provide free WIFI to all vendors for those that chose to accept credit cards.
ALL APPLICANTS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY June 1, 2019 ON THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION
